Our story
From one floor to twelve spaces
We started with a single serviced floor at Kathir IT Park, Neelambur, built for teams that were tired of long leases, patchy internet and slow landlords. Word travelled and we now operate twelve spaces across four Coimbatore neighbourhoods.
Every centre is run by our own team — from the front desk to the network — so the experience is the same whether you take one desk or a whole managed floor.

Rent, fit-out, internet, power, cleaning and reception arrive as one predictable invoice.
Flexible by default
Terms from a single day to five years. Grow, shrink or switch centres with 30 days' notice.
Local and hands-on
Our team lives in Coimbatore. Issues get solved in person, on the same floor, the same day.
