Meeting rooms are billed by the hour, coworking desks by the day or month, and private offices from one month. Managed offices typically run on one to five year terms.
What is included in the price?
Rent, furniture, high-speed internet, electricity, air conditioning, housekeeping, pantry and reception are all included in one monthly invoice.
Can I use a centre other than my home location?
Yes. Members can book desks and meeting rooms at any of our twelve Coimbatore spaces, subject to availability.
Do you support GST and company registration?
Yes. Our virtual office plan at ₹1,500 per month includes the documentation needed for GST and company registration at our address.
Is 24/7 access available?
Dedicated desk and private office members get 24/7 biometric access. Hot desk plans run 9am to 7pm.
How quickly can we move in?
Furnished private offices and desks are usually ready the same day. Managed office fit-outs take four to ten weeks depending on scope.
