Terms of Service
These terms apply to all members and guests using AJ Workspace centres.
1. Membership
Membership begins on the start date stated in your agreement and continues until either party gives 30 days' written notice, unless a fixed term applies.
2. Fees and payment
Monthly fees are payable in advance by the 5th of each month. Meeting-room usage beyond included credits is billed in arrears at ₹350 per hour.
3. Security deposit
A refundable deposit equal to two months' fees applies to private and managed offices. It is returned within 30 days of handover, less any outstanding dues or damages.
4. Use of the space
Members must not cause nuisance, sublet space, or carry out activity that is unlawful or breaches building rules. Access cards are personal and non-transferable.
5. Cancellation
Meeting-room bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the slot are charged in full. Desk plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
6. Liability
AJ Workspace is not liable for loss or damage to member property. Members are advised to insure their own equipment.
